Villa Smiljana is a luxury, newly furnished, 338 m² modern villa spread across 2 floors, located just 600 meters from the beach. It accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, with each bedroom featuring its own private bathroom, giving the villa 5 bathrooms in total. The ground floor has an open-concept living room and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the pool, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table for 8, a fireplace, a family bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room.

The 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor, each fully air-conditioned: the first (30 m²) has a 180×200 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower cabin, and a terrace with sea and pool views; the second and third (25 m² each) have 160×200 beds and en-suite showers with pool views; the fourth (30 m²) has a 180×200 bed and an en-suite with sea, pool, and village views.

Outdoors, guests enjoy a large private pool (9m x 4.4m) with hydro-massage, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area, and a traditional BBQ. Private parking fits 4 cars plus a garage spot. Airport boat or taxi transfers and a private chef can be arranged on request, and pets are accepted with prior confirmation.
