House REX is a distinctive, solar-powered “ranch-style” family estate located right on the waterfront in Poljica, near Marina – just 10 minutes from Trogir and 30 minutes from Split. The property sits directly across from the sea, less than 10 meters away, and offers complete privacy with no neighboring houses nearby. It accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds (two bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds), plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more. There’s 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms – a full bathroom and shower are located on the terrace side, alongside a small summer kitchen with a fireplace for BBQ grilling.

The 120 m² house and terrace have their own private entrance. The spacious terrace features a large round table, a private pool, sun loungers, and views over the bay and ocean. Cooling is provided by 3 portable water/ice-based air units rather than standard A/C. Guests can also meet the host’s friendly dog and two kittens who live on the upper part of the property.

Free parking is available for up to 5 cars, and traditional home-cooked meals, wine, and olive oil can be arranged on request.
