House Copacabana is a 175 m² villa spread across three floors in Okrug Gornji, on the island of Čiovo near Trogir, with a sea view and just 4 minutes by car from the beach. It comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, plus a cot for a child up to age 4. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom with 2 beds (one a pullout) sleeping 3 adults, along with a small fridge, water boiler, and coffee maker. The first floor holds the living room, kitchen, one of the 3 bathrooms, and a large terrace, while the second floor has 3 more bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 adults), another bathroom, and 2 additional terraces. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning.

Outdoors, the 360 m² grounds include a yard, dining and seating areas, a BBQ grill, a stone fireplace, fig trees, and a portable 5m x 3m pool available seasonally (June 15–September 15). Free private parking fits up to 3 cars. Fast fiber Wi-Fi (200+ Mbps) via two routers makes it remote-work friendly.
